Preschool for All
Christina is a Preschool for All provider. If you live in Multnomah County and your child is 3 or 4, preschool here is free through the county program. Income does not matter.
Working parents
ERDC state payment
Christina accepts ERDC, Oregon's Employment Related Day Care subsidy. The state pays part of your childcare while you work or go to school. Apply through Oregon DHS, then bring your paperwork here.

About Christina
Christina has cared for children in SE Portland for more than 15 years, around the clock, seven days a week.
Spanish and English are both spoken here every day, with the children and with parents. Call or text in either language.
The home is in outer SE Portland near SE 157th and Division, in the Centennial neighborhood, close to Powellhurst-Gilbert, Rockwood, and Gresham. It is a short drive from Adventist Health, Portland Airport, and the warehouses along Airport Way, which is where a lot of overnight parents work.
This is a Registered Family Child Care Home, Oregon license RF521742, current through March 2028. The state caps this home at 10 children under 13, with no more than 6 below kindergarten age and no more than 2 under 24 months. Your child is one of ten, not one of forty.

Yes, by arrangement. The preschool day runs 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overnight care runs 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. Weekends and hours outside those are set up ahead of time so someone is always here for your child. Call or text with your shift pattern and Christina will tell you straight away whether it works.
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after, and Christmas Day. The preschool program also follows the school-year calendar, which you can download in the enrollment section. Christina gives advance notice of any personal days, and you are not charged for those.
Call or text as soon as you know. Late pickup is $10 for every 15 minutes, or any part of 15 minutes, past your scheduled time. If you need care beyond your contracted hours on a regular basis, ask about extended care, which is $10 an hour when it's approved in advance.

Two ways. If your child is 3 or 4 and you live in Multnomah County, Preschool for All covers preschool here at no cost to you, whatever your income. If you are working or in school, Christina accepts ERDC, Oregon's Employment Related Day Care subsidy, which you apply for through the state. Call and she will tell you which one fits.
